The Marketing team sits within the broader Growth function (which includes business development, capture, partner, and customer success) in Defence and we are here to enable our business to grow and deliver against its mission: to establish Synthetic Environments as the core capability for national resilience and government transformation.
A fairly new team, you will be joining at an exciting time as we execute against the 2022 strategic plan and increase the velocity and impact of our marketing efforts. Working in close collaboration with the wider Growth team, as marketing we represent the voice of the customer and use that to shape our go-to-market positioning, or in other words, how we talk about and position our product. We plan our positioning, execute on it, and iterate on it, working closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure we are building products and features that solve customer problems and allow us to capitalise on market opportunities.
As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be integral in helping this team to drive impact with a focus on customer engagement with our brand and products and driving contact acquisition and engaged marketing qualified leads. You are required to have a start up mentality and a broad range of skills across: advertising, SEO, web, email marketing, and social media. We are looking for someone who has enough experience to work both independently and with agencies to get channels up and running to a high standard.
