Your Mission 
We believe that the Metaverse experiences of today are far from what players and participants deserve. We believe we can create a better looking virtual world, filled with people, novel experiences and meaningful interactions by leveraging our AAA game development experiences. 
We have already started this journey by holding a ScavLab event with over 4,000 players crowding into a single map to battle, and a Meet and Greet with K-Pop star AleXa attended by over a thousand fans who all got on stage at the same time.

Areas for Impact:

  • Display a high degree of discipline in following the VFX generation processes.
  • Create high quality VFX assets within industry standard timelines.
  • Deliver the required asset related tasks to the benchmark quality set by the project, in a dependable and professional fashion.
  • Capable of independent work within the VFX creation pipeline, demonstrating:
  • A good understanding of generating particle effects for games titles.
  • A strong set of skills at creating both particle and environmental effects using a number of techniques, including the use of 3d geometry and shader effects.
  • A strong understanding of how to set up particle and environment VFX in UE4 and how to get the best out of the different particle types and shaders at their disposal.
  • A good understanding of particle animation including weight, lifespan and volume and how to get the great looking VFX in an efficient and optimised manner.
  • Able to use VFX to dress a game-world level to a good quality and understand how they can use VFX to help bring an environment to life effectively.
  • Able to generate tasks for their backlog with guidance from their discipline lead.
  • Good VFX skills in one or more common 3D Art/Editor packages: Autodesk Maya, Photoshop, UE4, Real flow, Houdini particles
