Our goal is to provide the scientific models that sit at the heart of our core product offering. This means building data pipelines to generate accurate representations of real-world environments as well as algorithms for simulating their dynamics.
We take agent-based modelling to the next level in terms of extensibility, fidelity and scientific validity and we model social systems as goal-oriented actors operating on imperfect information. We 'digitally twin' physical environments and infrastructure and obsess about modularity in order to recast complex systems as combinations of simpler components. Our applied scientists seek to balance innovation with pragmatism, all while maintaining an awareness of the state-of-the-art.
We are building the methods and technology to realise a step change in decision support, planning and collective training, through the use of agent-based modelling, digital twins and optimisation.
Please note due to the nature of this role you will be expected to meet requirements associated with obtaining UK security vetting clearance
The Marketing team sits within the broader Growth function (which includes business development, capture, partner, and customer success) in Defence and we are here to enable our business to grow and deliver against its mission: to enable valuable mission outcomes for our customers through the scalable delivery of synthetic environments that faithfully represent the complexity of the modern world.
A fairly new team, you will be joining at an exciting time as we execute against the 2022 strategic plan and increase the velocity and impact of our marketing efforts. Working in close collaboration with the wider Growth team, as marketing we represent the voice of the customer and use that to shape our go-to-market positioning, or in other words, how we talk about and position our product. We plan our positioning, execute on it, and iterate on it, working closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure we are building products and features that solve customer problems and allow us to capitalise on market opportunities.
As a Partner Marketing Manager you will be integral in helping this team to drive impact with a focus on partner acquisition and engagement, building our ecosystem community, creating co-marketing initiatives and delivering partner focused experiences (with event management support).
