Sales Operation Manager (12 Month Maternity Cover)

London

Your Mission
The Sales Operation Manager is the head of the day to day to work in the Business Development organization. You'll be supporting our commercial sales division in driving the adoption of Improbable offerings to the gaming industry. Your responsibilities will include operational planning, sales reporting, commercial pipeline monitoring, process improvement, and program implementation, that will connect all sales, marketing, production and finance team efforts together.
In this role, you will be contributing to and running the ongoing pipeline processes, required to run an effective sales team. You will own all customer data, be responsible for data accuracy and help ensure that all data provides useful insights to the organization. This will require the ownership and support of various sales operations tools, including CRM, analytics, marketing automation and project management systems. You will also be responsible to identify and organise meetings with appropriate stakeholders to support sales and opportunity reporting efforts.

Areas for Impact:

  • Overseeing the operations and functions related to sales definition, research, data quality, territory management, and lead distribution with our CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Manage the allocation of territories between relevant members of the BD team
  • Contributing to onboarding and training of new team members on internal tools, processes, and systems
  • Reporting on sales pipeline metrics and analytics for customers, accounts, leads, and opportunities
  • Proactively identify, develop, and drive key strategic initiatives and process improvements that deliver long-term scalable growth
  • Regular interaction with senior management or executives to support sales and marketing reporting to the rest of the company

We'd like to hear from you if you identify with some of the following:

  • 3+ years related work experience in Operations, Sales Support, Enablement, or Finance, ideally in the technology/software industry

  • Excellent operations problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate issues into actionable insights
  • Expertise in implementing and administering CRM tools and products (including analytics, sales opportunity management, outreach automation, and data analytics)
  • Ability to accurately assess the risks and benefits in sales relationships and processes
  • Excellent communication, particularly with senior management and leadership
While we think the above experience could be important, we’re keen to hear from people that believe they have valuable experience to bring to the role. If you identify with the team and mission, but not all of our requirements, then please still apply!
