Our mission? To enable the most realistic and effective military simulations ever experienced, making defence users more effective on operations and decreasing the cost of military preparedness.

Your Mission:

As a Senior Product Manager in Defence at Improbable, you will drive the growth of our user-facing applications on our best in-class Simulation platform. You will gather detailed feedback from existing customers and partners, to define elements of the product roadmap as well as functional requirements which will be built and run on Improbable’s technology. You will work cross functionally across our Product, Engineering and Design teams with the purpose of realising the responsibilities listed below. 

 

Please note due to the nature of this role you will be expected to meet requirements associated with obtaining UK security vetting clearance

Your Impact

  • Become an expert on the product, the market, relevant technology and the competition.
  • Be responsible for the long term vision and strategy of the product.
  • Identify the key benefits and value of products for our customers. 
  • Work closely with UX Researchers, Product Designers and Product owners to define and prioritise product requirements in the backlog.
  • Define the product roadmap & lead definition of releases.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships.
  • Collate feedback from sales and customers
  • Support development of business cases for investment
  • Support the development of collateral and sales tools that support the selling process

We'd like to hear from you if you identify with the following:

  • Experience with B2B software definition, ideally for a simulation centric product
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audience
  • Ability to think about the bigger vision and executing on minor detailing
  • Adaptive communication style Creative, entrepreneurial streak with strong business acumen
  • Eligible to gain SC clearance.
