Please note, this role will be office based 5 days a week.
Your Mission: 
Creating and operating a safe and healthy physical environment that showcases the organisation’s unique brand and helps boost productivity.

Areas of Impact:

  • Monitor and address tickets and resolve issues as they arise, accurately addressing the customers needs and develop an effective rapport in all service interactions
  • Ensure service delivery, work orders and special projects are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Produce quarterly reports, including information around feedback, ticket duration, forecasting future tickets
  • Ordering facilities work suppliers and managing quotes for large/bulk orders
  • Fulfil general building and office compliance and maintenance request from internal helpdesk system (delivering furniture, assisting with desk moves and rotations etc), whilst maintaining the overall look and condition of the premises
  • Responsible for managing shipping functions for incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Assist with most company and team events/setup Responsible for implementation and enforcement of visitors, ensuring no tailgating into our offices
  • Responsible for maintaining office services by organising office operations and procedure; controlling correspondence with property management and all other relevant parties
  • Ensure health & safety and security considerations are in place for every event / initiative 
  • Overall, support the smooth running of the office reception, actioning and responding to all requests in an efficient and diligent manner
